Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account data: your email address (sign-in links, notifications, receipts) and the business profile you enter (name, trade, rates, terms).
• Estimate data: job descriptions you write, the line items generated or edited, and — when you add them — your customers’ names and email addresses, used solely to deliver estimates and the follow-ups you enable.
• Response records: when a customer accepts or declines, we record the time and IP address so both sides have a reliable record.
• Lead forms: if you send us a job description through a Facebook or Instagram form, we receive the answers you gave (job, email, name) and use them only to draft and email you that estimate.
• Usage analytics: page analytics and, on advertising pages, the Meta pixel — used to measure ad performance. No data is sold.

Your customers’ data

You are the controller of the customer contact details you enter; we process them only to send the estimate and follow-up emails you configure. We never market to your customers, never sell their data, and follow-ups stop automatically the moment they respond.

What we don’t do

• We never sell your data or your customers’ data.
• We don’t store payment card details — payments are processed by Stripe.
• Job descriptions sent to AI drafting providers contain the job details you type — never your customer’s contact information.

Third-party processors

Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Meta (advertising and lead forms), and AI drafting providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) for turning job descriptions into draft line items. Each receives only what is necessary for its function.

Retention & deletion

Estimate history is retained while your account is active. Email hello@quotebeagle.com to delete your account and all associated data (including customer contact records); deletion completes within 30 days.
