The service
QuoteBeagle drafts job estimates from your descriptions, delivers them to your customers by email and link, records accept/decline responses, and sends the follow-up reminders you enable.
Your estimates are yours
- AI-generated drafts are suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing prices, scope, and terms before sending.You know your market, licensing requirements, and costs — we don’t.
- An accepted estimate is an agreement between you and your customer. QuoteBeagle records the acceptance but is not a party to it, and acceptance records are provided as-is without legal warranty.
- You confirm you have the right to email the customers you add, and that follow-ups relate to estimates they requested.
Subscriptions & billing
- Pro bills monthly through Stripe and renews automatically until canceled.
- Cancel anytime from the billing portal; access continues through the paid period.
- If a renewal payment fails we retain access briefly while Stripe retries, then downgrade to Free.
- Plan limits (estimates per month, follow-ups) are enforced automatically; “unlimited” is subject to a fair-use cap that honest use will never hit.
Acceptable use
- No spam: estimate and follow-up emails may only go to customers who asked you for a quote.
- No unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content in estimates.
- No attempts to overload, reverse-engineer, or resell the service outside plan terms.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for the outcome of any job, dispute, or agreement between you and your customers.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA; venue is Pinellas County, Florida.
