What makes a hvac estimate close
HVAC quotes die when the homeowner cannot compare them. Name the tonnage, the efficiency tier, and what is and is not included (pad, disconnect, thermostat, permit). A vague "new AC system — $8,500" invites the customer to treat the lowest number as equivalent.
